4. Estimates & Pricing

All price estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Final project pricing will be confirmed in writing after site measurements and material selection.

A signed agreement and deposit are required before work begins.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are due according to the agreed schedule in the signed contract.

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods as agreed.

Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with Arizona law.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Custom orders (including cut countertops) are non-refundable once fabrication begins.

Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation occurs after materials are ordered.

7. Installation & Project Completion

Customer is responsible for ensuring site readiness for installation.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party contractors or unforeseen site conditions.

Any post-installation adjustments will be handled according to the warranty terms.

8. Warranties

We provide warranties on materials and workmanship according to manufacturer and installation guidelines. Details are available in your installation agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Designs is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profit, business, or data

Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance of installed products
